Technology with a business mindset
I started working with generative AI in 2021, using the GPT-3 API and the OpenAI Playground. ChatGPT didn't exist yet, and hardly anyone at work knew what to make of it. I haven't stopped since: AI projects, multi-agent systems, internal tools and a lot of training.
My path isn't the usual one. Before tech, I worked in customer service, banking, logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce. That 360° view is what lets me understand how an operation really runs, and turn what it needs into something people end up using.
Today I manage AI innovation and development projects for an international group, working with business teams, developers and vendors across several countries.
