AI agent orchestration
Multi-agent systems that automate complex business processes, with checks at every step and a person signing off at the end.

AI & Digital Transformation Project Manager
I've spent ten years where business meets technology. I design, build and teach AI so it actually works inside a company, not just in a demo.

Who I am
Before moving into technology I worked in customer service, banking, logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce. So when an AI project lands on my desk, the first thing I do is understand how the people who'll use it actually work.
More about meWhat I do
I find where AI adds real value, shape the solution and see it through to everyday use, keeping business, developers and vendors aligned.
I design multi-agent systems that automate complex business processes, with checks between steps and a human in the loop.
Hands-on training for technical and business teams: when to use AI, when not to, and how to use it safely and with judgement.
Process analysis, system integrations and automation that make day-to-day operations run more smoothly.
I identify and manage the risks of using AI at work, and translate the EU AI Act into concrete project decisions.
Tools designed around the people using them, so the technology gets adopted instead of worked around.
Proof
Multi-agent systems that automate complex business processes, with checks at every step and a person signing off at the end.
A tool for planning manufacturing phases that adapts to different industrial processes. I designed and built it with AI.
My first projects with the GPT-3 API and the OpenAI Playground in 2021, before generative AI went mainstream.
Context
I started in 2021, back when generative AI meant an API and a Playground hardly anyone at work had heard of. I've been hands-on through every leap since.
Whether you need to get it off the ground or help your team use AI with good judgement, drop me a line.
