AI agent orchestration
Multi-agent systems that automate complex business processes, with checks at every step and a person signing off at the end.
How it flows
01Challenge
Some processes, like reconciling financial transactions against supplier data, mean combing through large volumes of data by hand. It's slow, tiring and easy to get wrong.
02What I did
- Broke each process down into small tasks and gave each one to a specialised agent.
- Designed the orchestration, meaning which agent acts, in what order, and what happens when something doesn't match.
- Added checks between agents and a human review before anything is accepted.
- Monitored how the system behaved and kept refining prompts and rules.

Agents handle the repetitive work, so people can spend their time on the cases that genuinely need judgement.
