Running, managing development of, and testing a platform that uses AI to extract data from invoices.

01Challenge
Keying invoice data into the system by hand takes a long time and introduces errors, especially when every supplier uses a different layout.
02What I did
- Administered the platform and its configuration.
- Managed development with the technical team, prioritising what the finance users needed most.
- Prepared and ran tests with real invoices before every release to production.
03Tech
04Outcome
Less manual data entry, and more time to look at the invoices that actually cause problems.
