01Challenge
AI tools reach the workplace faster than the judgement to use them well. Some people won't try them at all, others use them without thinking about what data they're sharing.
02What I did
- Designed sessions tailored to each team, with examples taken from their own work.
- Taught when AI makes sense, when it doesn't, and how to check what it gives you.
- Always covered security, including which data should never leave the company and why.

04Outcome
Teams that use AI with more confidence and more care, and who also know when it's better not to.
